Ensuring documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project.
Communicating plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders.
Assisting the Project Manager with administrative functions and processes.
Analysing project data and producing progress reports.
Main tasks shall be document control, archive management, and system entry and scanning assistance.
File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage.
Adhere to the company's document lifecycle procedures and processes as required.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documentation.
Using computer systems, efficiently distribute documents within the company, produce progress reports for senior managers, and assist in project planning.
Follow-up of material submissions for client-approved, pre-approved documents.
