The Role
Position: Project Coordinator - Aviation Salary: Negotiable Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Job Type: Full Time About the Company: The hiring company is one of the leading aviation solution providers to the majority of the customers in our influence market. : . Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information. . Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports. . Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives. . Ensuring that clients' needs are met as the project evolves. . Sourcing materials for the project needs from the local and international market. . Analyse risks and opportunities. . Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise. . Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants. . Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
Requirements
Requirements: . Open to any Nationalities . Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role. . Experience in project management, from conception to delivery. . BSc in Business Administration or related field. . An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans. . Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management. . Strong client-facing and teamwork skills. . Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control. . Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner. . Hands-on experience with project management tools. . PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus. . Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken. . Aviation Experience is desired
