Project Controls Manager - Infrastructure Location : UAE Sector : Infrastructure & Civil Projects Full-time We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to lead cost, schedule, and progress control functions on large-scale infrastructure developments. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in planning, budgeting, and performance tracking for complex, multi-phase projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage integrated project schedules, budgets, and forecasts Oversee cost control, change management, and earned value analysis Ensure accurate project reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics Coordinate with planning, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to monitor progress and mitigate risks Qualifications & Requirements BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Minimum 12 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a project controls lead role on infrastructure projects Proficient in Primavera P6, cost control tools, and project reporting systems Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills Skills Lead negotiations with team members to define team goals and approaches for attaining them. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. Manage deliverable estimation process, resource allocation and efficient utilization. Direct the planning and scheduling defined work. Ensure project is delivered according to committed scope, approved budget and targeted dates. Identify and resolve emerging risks / issues that may impact project goals. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. Identify and secure resources including project team, vendors and consultants. #J-18808-Ljbffr
