SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:

Project Controller

The Project Controller is responsible for providing financial services to projects through effective contract and risk management, financial planning, forecasting, controlling, and reporting. The goal is to ensure projects are executed in line with regional standards, procedures, and legislation--ultimately supporting successful project delivery. The position will initially be based in Dubai, with potential future international mobility based on business needs. .

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control for assigned projects. Collaborate with project management teams to ensure project success. Responsible of overall project accounting including revenue recognition (percentage of completion) Data analysis, including collection, interpretation, and reporting. Proactive risk management and mitigation strategies. Project scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking. Communication with stakeholders, clear reporting, and teamwork.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field an equivalent, with 5 - 8 years of experience. Proven experience in project control and financial analysis. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency in financial software and data analysis tools. Hands-on experience in SAP Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
