Aramco is hiring a skilled Project Control Specialist to oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and performance monitoring. The role requires ensuring projects meet timelines, costs, and quality standards. The specialist will coordinate with project teams, analyze data, mitigate risks, and prepare reports for management. Strong knowledge of project control systems, financial forecasting, and industry best practices is essential for maintaining project efficiency and successful execution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules and timelines. Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and ensure strict financial compliance. Track project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions. Maintain documentation, records, and project performance reporting systems. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth coordination. Identify project risks and assist in effective mitigation strategies. Provide accurate reports and presentations to project management team. Ensure projects align with organizational standards, policies, and best practices.

Skill & Experience

Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, and control methodologies. Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and related tools. Excellent analytical, budgeting, and financial forecasting capabilities. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for effective collaboration. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Knowledge of oil, gas, and energy sector project requirements.
