Job Description
Job Title: Projects Control and Services Manager
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field required, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years in project controls or project management, including 5 years in a managerial role.
Experience managing large-scale EPC projects in the oil and gas sector, preferably offshore.
Expertise in cost control, scheduling, project performance tracking, and risk management.
Proficient with project controls software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and MS Office Suite.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving abilities.
Ability to develop, implement, and monitor project controls strategies aligned with project objectives.
Skilled in Earned Value Management (EVM) and performance measurement tools.
Ability to coordinate risk management and contingency planning.
Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and reports.
Lead and mentor project controls team members.
Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company procedures.
Facilitate project change control and recovery plans when needed.
Provide timely, accurate performance data to support project decision-making.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR21,500.00 - QAR25,500.00 per month
