Job Description

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) 10-12 years of relevant experience in project controls and project management Strong knowledge of project scheduling, cost control, and budgeting Proficiency in project control tools and software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel)

Key Responsibilities

Plan, monitor, and control project schedules to ensure timely project delivery Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and progress reports Manage project cost control, budgeting, and forecasting activities Track project expenditures and ensure alignment with approved budgets Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with plans Identify schedule delays, cost overruns, and risks, and propose corrective actions Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders Prepare and present project control reports, dashboards, and variance analyses Ensure compliance with company policies, contract requirements, and safety standards
