About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Control Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our project management organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects across various industries.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project control systems, including cost estimates, budgets, and schedules Monitor project progress, analyze variances, and provide timely reports to stakeholders Implement and oversee cost control measures to optimize project performance and profitability Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues Conduct regular project reviews and forecasts to ensure alignment with organizational goals Develop and maintain project documentation, including change orders and contract modifications Provide expert guidance on project control methodologies and best practices to team members Analyze project data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and lessons learned Assist in the development of project proposals and bid packages

What do we need from you

Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university Minimum of 5 years' experience in project controls, with a focus on cost and schedule management Proven expertise in cost engineering, cost estimating, control, and analysis Strong background in planning and scheduling, schedule development, control, and analysis Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in project management software. In-depth knowledge of industry standards and best practices in project controls Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach Experience working on international projects, preferably in the Middle East region Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong leadership and team collaboration skills * Professional certification in project management or related field (e.g., PMP, CCP) is a plus
