Job Description

• Engineering Degree (Mechanical or Electrical) preferable Mechanical.
• Minimum experience of 10 years, 5 of them as site/contract manager for a renowned portfolio / company.
• Responsible to the manage MEP / CIVIL services
• Involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, particularly in relation to buildings and premises.
• Focus on maintaining best business practice, ISO's related to quality/ Energy and Asset management, innovation and improve overall efficiency by reducing operating costs while increasing productivity but also lowering the Clients environmental footprint.
• High level of asset management knowledge and asset cost ownership (life cycle).
• High level of CAFM use knowledge.
• Posses high leadership skill set to manage a team of 80+ staff and a highly demanding client.
• Valid UAE Drivers License.
• Strong management skills
• Strong technical skills mainly in asset management and asset life cycle
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English is essential aware of local regulations.
• Interpersonal, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Being able to work in stress full situations
• Organization and systematic thinking
• Strong numeracy and the ability to understand financial data. Research skills and the ability to draw information from various sources, including people.
• Clear and concise writing skills and the ability to handle long and complex documents.
• Flexibility and the ability to work on more than one task at a time.
