CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR OR SITE MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Building Construction Supervisor with a solid background in site supervision, interior fit-out, and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5- 10 years of hands-on experience in the construction field and be capable of managing all on-site activities to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day construction operations at the job site, including structural works, fit-outs, and renovations. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, site engineers, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow. Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, and safety standards. Monitor project progress, resolve on-site issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Oversee quality control and inspect workmanship to maintain high standards. Maintain accurate site documentation including daily reports, attendance records, and material usage. Enforce compliance with safety protocols and conduct regular safety briefings with site teams. Assist in scheduling resources, manpower planning, and tracking material deliveries. Liaise with clients, consultants, and management regarding project status and site-related concerns. Lead and motivate workers and subcontractors to meet project deadlines.
Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 5-10 years of proven experience as a Site Supervisor in building construction, interior fit-out, and renovation projects. In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, interior finishing, and renovation processes. Strong understanding of civil, MEP coordination, and architectural detailing. Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Familiarity with local building codes, health & safety regulations. Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
