Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive
Construction Manager / Project Manager
to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution ofvilla construction projects
in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, particularly villas, and demonstrate excellent leadership and project management skills.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee day-to-day construction activities of villa projects. Ensure project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and cost estimates. Resolve on-site issues and provide technical guidance to the team. Ensure proper documentation and maintain project records. Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Review and approve material submissions, drawings, and work methods.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 7-10 years of experience
in construction management with a strong focus onvilla construction projects in the UAE
. Proven track record of successfully completed residential villa projects. Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations in the UAE. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams effectively.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
