Job Description

Develop a detailed closeout plan and timeline aligned with project milestones. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, QA/QC, HSE, MEP, and subcontractors. Ensure all closeout activities are completed before project handover deadlines. As-built drawings O&M manuals Testing & commissioning reports Warranties, certificates, and guarantees Material approvals and supplier documents Inspection logs and quality control documentation Support project management in closing contractual deliverables. Assist with final BOQs, payment applications, variations, and final accounts. Ensure subcontractor closeout documentation and final settlement is completed. Ensure closeout activities comply with contractual requirements and project specifications. Verify that all work is completed according to quality and safety standards. Ensure approval of all required permits, certifications, and authority clearances. Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and meets client/consultant requirements. Perform site inspections to identify snags/punch-list items. Coordinate with site teams and subcontractors to close all snags. Track and update snag status until full clearance is achieved. Prepare final snagging reports for client/consultant approval. Prepare the final handover package according to client/consultant requirements. Schedule and participate in handover meetings, walkthroughs, and inspections. Ensure smooth transfer of project documentation, keys, manuals, and access rights. Obtain final acceptance certificates (FAC) and project completion certificates (PCC).
