We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Project

Civil Engineer

Qualifications:Bachelors In Civil engineer

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English, knowledge in Arabic language is a plus.

- Minimum of 5 years plus previous experience in contracting and building consultancy in UAE is required.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office.

- Auto CAD is mandatory.

- To be able to Review Soil Reports, Structural Models and Structural Drawings and details including Foundation Drawings.

- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Designing and overseeing the construction of projects from start to finish

- Preparing and approving project plans, specifications, and cost estimates

- Conducting site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations

- Managing and coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.

- Providing technical guidance and support to project teams

- Resolving any construction-related issues or disputes that may arise at Site as well as in the documentation.

- Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely completion within budget

- Performing quality control inspections and ensuring adherence to quality standards

- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices

- Handling of Authorities like DM,TARKHEES,DDA and all local authorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Expected Start Date: 01/06/2025

Approved DM: Engineer G+1 Building Contracting is Must
