About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Project Civil Engineer

to manage and supervise various construction projects across Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all project activities are completed efficiently, within scope, and aligned with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily site activities to ensure project completion on time and within budget Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, and construction schedules Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality guidelines Attend project meetings and provide regular progress reports Resolve technical issues on-site and liaise with design teams when needed Monitor resources, labor, and materials to ensure efficient usage

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 2-3 years of UAE experience in construction or fit-out projects Strong knowledge of structural and architectural drawings Familiar with Dubai Municipality regulations and site inspection procedures Excellent communication and leadership skills Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling tools UAE driving license is a plus
