Job Description
We are currently recruiting for the role of Project Assistant (or an Intern for the same role) at our Dubai office. This is a chance for the chosen candidate to join a multi-cultural team and get experience in the vibrant and ever-changing field of hospitality consulting. Some of the tasks they will be undertaking are as follows:
- Stakeholder management including creation and coordination of deck presentations detailing project scope, progress and results - keeping all entities well informed of milestones and goals
- Proposal writing
- Feasibility studies
- Production and management of Gantt charts and Critical Paths
- Market research
- Record keeping duties during Client meetings
- Creation of operational and franchise manuals
- Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes
- Overall support to the whole consulting team
- Social media management
