We are currently recruiting for the role of Project Assistant (or an Intern for the same role) at our Dubai office. This is a chance for the chosen candidate to join a multi-cultural team and get experience in the vibrant and ever-changing field of hospitality consulting. Some of the tasks they will be undertaking are as follows:
Stakeholder management including creation and coordination of deck presentations detailing project scope, progress and results - keeping all entities well informed of milestones and goals
Proposal writing
Feasibility studies
Production and management of Gantt charts and Critical Paths
Market research
Record keeping duties during Client meetings
Creation of operational and franchise manuals
Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes
Overall support to the whole consulting team
Social media management
