Job Overview:

We are seeking a

dynamic Architectural Showroom and Factory Coordinator

with strong design, production, and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will coordinate between the showroom, clients, and factory to ensure the precise execution of custom projects, supervise progress, and drive productivity and creativity across teams.

Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed architectural drawings for kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, and aluminum works based on client requirements. Coordinate between showroom sales teams, clients, and the factory production team to ensure design intent is maintained. Oversee project execution from design to delivery, ensuring high quality and accuracy. Lead factory and site teams, offering guidance, solutions, and technical support. Conduct regular checks at the factory and showroom, reporting progress to management. Solve challenges efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction and team productivity. Assist clients in design decisions with professional advice and creativity. Ensure designs meet production feasibility, material selection, and technical standards. Maintain timelines and project schedules to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related field. 1-5 years of experience in kitchen/wardrobe/vanity/aluminum design and manufacturing coordination. Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D design software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar), and Microsoft Office. Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and materials for kitchens and aluminum works. Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and creative approach. Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage). UAE driving license preferred (for site visits).
