Job Description
Position: Senior Architect
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Nationality: Arabic (Mandatory)
Experience: Abu Dhabi Experience is Mandatory
We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
Requirements:
Arabic nationality (mandatory)
Proven experience working in Abu Dhabi (mandatory)
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's is an advantage)
Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi authority regulations (ADM, ADDC, Civil Defense, etc.)
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the architectural and construction field
Strong capability in design, technical submissions, and coordination
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and related architectural software
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage architectural design and project development
Review and develop detailed drawings and technical documents
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams
Ensure compliance with all Abu Dhabi authority requirements
Provide design solutions and resolve technical/site issues
Oversee project progress and maintain quality standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
