Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage architectural, ID, and landscaping works for high-value and mega-scale projects, ensuring alignment with project specifications and execution timelines.
Coordinate with engineering, contract management, and procurement teams to ensure seamless integration of all design and execution components.
Oversee post-contract execution activities, including site coordination, shop drawing and material submittal reviews, RFI/CVI issuance, and resolution of technical queries.
Ensure the design intent is maintained throughout construction by troubleshooting site issues, providing practical solutions, and securing stakeholder approvals.
Monitor project progress, lead stakeholder meetings, and manage interface issues across disciplines to ensure effective site execution.
Provide technical leadership in developing architectural solutions, generating construction documents (concept to tender), and managing changes during execution.
Support procurement and contract administration, including variation documentation and technical evaluations.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and local authorities to ensure timely approvals and compliance with project requirements.
Perform value engineering assessments, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit evaluations during the design development phase.
Maintain consistent communication with the project management team regarding status updates, constraints, and strategic decisions.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
Minimum
10 years of relevant experience

Proficient in developing construction-ready documentation, design coordination, and site-level technical resolution.
In-depth knowledge of authority approvals, IFC-to-shop drawing conversion, and multidisciplinary interface management.
Hands-on experience with quality control, procurement coordination, and contract variations
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and other project coordination tools.
UAE/GCC experience preferred.
Preferred Experience:
Prior work with developers, large consultants, or contractors.
Demonstrated ability to act as a single point of contact for design coordination during execution phase.
