Job Description
Job Title: Project Architect
Employment Type: Full-time / Contract
Experience : 2 to 4 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs, construction drawings, and 3D models (using *AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure design feasibility and compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and material specifications.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve design issues.
- Prepare permitting documents and coordinate with regulatory agencies.
- Integrate sustainable design principles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
- 2+ years of experience in architectural design (UAE prior experience with a contracting firm preferred).
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, ArchiCAD) and rendering tools (Lumion, Enscape).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
- Licensed Architect (or pursuing licensure) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
