We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated

Project Architect

to lead and coordinate small to medium-scale architectural projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, and communication skills while working closely with clients, project managers, and multidisciplinary design teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of architectural designs and concepts in collaboration with clients, project managers, and internal teams. Prepare detailed construction documents, drawings, and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software. Develop and manage BIM models throughout all phases of design and construction. Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts to support efficient construction execution. Ensure all documentation aligns with company standards, quality guidelines, and industry best practices. Participate in client meetings to gather project requirements, present design solutions, and respond to feedback. Ensure all designs are compliant with applicable building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards. Contribute to project planning, production, problem-solving, and design refinement processes.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. 6-8 years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery. Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software. Experience in BIM modeling and project coordination. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with diverse project teams. Familiarity with design management, reporting, and coordination processes.
