Project Architect
Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design, plan, and oversee the construction of buildings and structures. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills with a deep understanding of design principles, building codes, and sustainability practices.
Develop architectural concepts and translate them into design documents, including drawings, blueprints, and models.
Should have experience with relevant authorities and developers of dubai eg. DDA; DM; Trakhees and nakheel and emaar
Collaborate with clients to determine project goals, budgets, and design preferences.
Conduct site evaluations, feasibility studies, and impact assessments.
Prepare and present proposals, including 3D renderings, presentations, and specifications.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and compliance.
Ensure designs adhere to zoning laws, building codes, fire regulations, and other legal requirements.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation throughout the design and construction phases.
Incorporate sustainable and environmentally friendly solutions into architectural designs.
Salary Range of 3500-5000AED
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
