Our client is a Manufacturing Industry. They are now looking for a Project Admin Assistant to join them. Roles & Responsibilities:
\'Screen and respond to incoming correspondence, inquiries and visitors
\'Accurately transcribe, type, format and proof read a wide variety of material (e.g. invoices, contracts, meeting minutes, reports, etc) using word processing, presentation, graphics and spreadsheet software
\'Coordinate internal/external meetings so that they run smoothly, including scheduling, making travel arrangements, and ensuring that various meeting amenities are available, for example equipment, food and drinks
\'Perform other administrative tasks as required using independent judgment and discretion
Preference:
Relevant job experience in Admin role
Should be fluent with soft skills like English communication.
SAP Experience mandatory
Qualifications:
Minimum Experience: A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
Job-Specific Skills: Analytical, process oriented, good communication skills, exposure to ERP
