The ideal candidate for a Project Admin role should have excellent communication in English, in addition to excellent admin project and organizational skills, attention to detail, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. They should also have a professional and friendly demeanor, be proficient in basic computer software and office equipment operation and have strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
To follow up with Individual timesheet of all project employees.
Computes total time worked by employees, check accuracy and post to payroll.
Consolidate the Induvial time sheet and get it approved from stake holder.
To maintain leave records of all project employees and ensure to reconcile with system on monthly basis.
Reconciliation of approved timesheet with system booked hours and make necessary corrections.
To track the mobilization / demobilization of employees and update the necessary report.
To be ready available for taking additional roles whenever required by the team.
To handle all project communications through functional email.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor certificate.
More than 2 years experience.
Excellent communication skills in English.
