Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Account Manager to manage client relationships and oversee projects from start to finish. This role will involve communication between clients, Technologies LLC, and any third-party service providers, ensuring the smooth execution of projects and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

Oversee the entire project lifecycle from A to Z, ensuring that client expectations and project goals are met.

Coordinate the internal team at Technologies LLC and collaborate with third-party service providers, such as developers, designers, and vendors.

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project completion.

2. Client Communication:

Act as the main point of contact between clients and the Technologies LLC team.

Regularly update clients on project status, timelines, and any potential issues.

Address client concerns or questions promptly and professionally.

Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on client needs and market trends.

3. Collaboration with Third Parties:

Coordinate with external partners and third-party vendors to ensure smooth collaboration and deliverables.

Ensure third-party agreements and timelines align with client requirements and expectations.

4. Internal Team Coordination:

Work closely with internal departments (development, design, marketing, etc.) to ensure all project aspects are aligned and delivered on time.

Keep track of internal resources and workflows to optimize efficiency.

5. Project Budgeting & Reporting:

Assist in managing budgets, ensuring that projects stay within the allocated financial limits.

Provide detailed reports to clients and internal teams regarding project progress, challenges, and achievements.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital agency or technology-based company.

Strong understanding of client relationship management and excellent communication skills.

Experience in handling multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

Ability to manage expectations, deadlines, and budgets effectively.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.).

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.

Salary Package:

AED 7,000 to AED 8,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).
