Type of engagement > Contract for 12 months at daily rate
Role > The PL will be responsible for ensuring the operational success of the full accelerator cycle from company sourcing through Demo Day. This includes event management, utilizing tools/developing processes to manage program data, building and scheduling the 3-month programming calendar, execution of Demo Day, and recruiting, hiring, training, and management of the seasonally hired Associate team
Duties and Responsibilities > Manage all existing programs across all Hub71 (Curate and optimize program topics and presentations, Execute programs on the ground, Executing and curating demo day, fireside chats, and other relevant startup focused events); Building new programs based on sectors of focus with a priority on (Fintech/ Digital Assets; Sustainability/ ClimateTech; HealthTech); Develop and execute the strategy to roll out a Hub71 owned program that can eventually compete with global accelerators; Monitor and maintain startup KPI, data, and program deliveries and feedback; Reporting program impact and startup evolution; Managing third parties related to the program; Engaging with the wider Abu Dhabi ecosystem; Government, startup initiatives, funds, and other key stakeholders; Managing associated budgets)
Qualifications and Experience needed > At least 8+ years in operational positions, such as running entrepreneurial innovation programs, supporting startups, developing startup ecosystems; Experience building and managing entrepreneurial programs in mature ecosystems would be preferable; You have worked in programs supporting entrepreneurs; Management Consulting TopTier preferred (MBB); A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration
