Job Title: Programs Coordinator Industry: Edutainment Opportunity: Be a part of Dubai's next big edutainment venue that combines entertainment and education to provide a memorable experience for parents & children alike What you'll do:

• Develop and implement educational content and training for each attraction, program and/or product
• Create training materials and train staff on delivery of educational content
• Develop and prepare arts and craft projects
• Develop new educational activities, programs, and activations
• Develop programs for parents & their children
• Assist in the procurement of consumable materials for the developed programs and activities
• Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of exhibits
• Issue retention tests to verify training
• Coach the staff on customer engagement and delivering education through play
• Create content for the different galleries and marketing materials
• Maintain a fun and professional team atmosphere

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Experience dealing with children aged between 0-12 and creating/ implementing different programs in an educational and/ or entertainment setting
• Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Organization. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• You have strong project management skills and hold yourself highly accountable
• A collaborative approach. You thrive in a collaborative atmosphere with internal teams and external channel partners. You will help develop a culture of learning and continuous improvement and have the ability to make a major impact
• You love mingling with parents
• Teaching background is a big plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month Experience:

• working with 0-10 age group: 2 years (Required)
• creating programs for kids: 1 year (Required)
