Who are we looking for?
We\xe2\x80\x99re searching for an upbeat, energetic, and self-motivated Programmatic Client Success Manager to join the Client Success team and help cultivate relationships with our existing agency advertisers and partners as a strategic advisor. You will use your client service skills and knowledge of agency\'s inner workings to manage renewal business and identify opportunities that drive incremental revenue. You will use your communication and time management skills to track and resolve any client issues, communicate relevant updates, and successfully exceed client service expectations. The right candidate is energized by the opportunity to break new ground in establishing DOOH/OOH as the next major channel for programmatic buyers and marketers. Experience working in an Account Management or Client Success role is vital, and experience with programmatic advertising is a major plus.

Some of the things we\xe2\x80\x99d like you to do:
  • Support Assembly\xe2\x80\x99s programmatic advertising revenue objectives by managing relationships with a portfolio of existing agency clients
  • Own a revenue target, inclusive of existing and growth opportunities, for a defined set of Assembly clients.
  • Continue to educate, consult, and update agency clients on Assembly\xe2\x80\x99s programmatic value proposition, new offerings, and alignment with their business to renew monthly activity and drive incremental revenue.
  • Implement training and education efforts with wider agency teams.
  • Initiate and drive ongoing incremental revenue opportunities, sell through new products, conduct QBRs, and ensure Assembly maintains high visibility with clients & partners.
  • Act as a primary or supporting point of contact for client accounts, maintaining strong knowledge of clients\xe2\x80\x99 businesses.
  • Own working relationships with client teams, providing day-to-day client contact, managing expectations and deliverables.
  • Support with campaign proposals, strategic plans, and end-of-campaign wrap reports.
  • Work with Ad Operations team to align on KPIs. campaign implementation, and testing strategies for cross-channel digital campaigns.
  • Lead on creation of reports and communication of insights to clients.
  • Work as a team! Sometimes you\xe2\x80\x99ll be in crunch mode, sometimes it\'ll be other members of our team. Have each other\'s back!
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience working in account management or client success
  • 4+ years of experience in the programmatic media space (buy-side or sell-side)
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Extensive familiarity with the ad tech ecosystem and key trends
  • Experience working with demand-side platforms (DSP) and supply-side platforms (SSP)
  • Proven track record of success driving revenue, farming existing business, and upselling
  • Strong analytical base with experience with various business intelligence or reporting tools
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively present technical products to non-technical customers, and negotiate deals
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a team environment
