New York University Abu Dhabi (NYUAD) seeks to appoint a Program Success Coordinator reporting to the Program Manager of Executive Education.
The Program Success Coordinator is responsible for the successful delivery of executive education programs, with a focus on client satisfaction and retention. The Coordinator is a front-facing member of the team who regularly interacts with potential and existing clients and program participants. The Coordinator also provides administrative support to the office especially as it relates to program development and delivery, and client relationships. The Coordinator also works closely with different internal stakeholders including those in Facilities, Catering, AV Support, Campus Safety, Procurement, Academic Technology, External Relations, and others. Key Responsibilities:
Support online and in-person executive education programs, including arranging session logistics (including scheduling and arranging facilities, ordering materials, catering, security, technology (A/V and IT), media, transportation, lodging, and producing program certificates) and supporting online and in-person program delivery (including registration, taking attendance, supporting instructors and participants, and handling evaluation forms). Manage the online registration and payments for open enrollment programs
Contribute to successful office operations, successfully taking on the following duties independently and accurately: maintenance of office databases, providing administrative support for bid submissions, supporting day-to-day office routines, coordinating effectively between different teams and partner organizations, responding to office inquiries, organizing and attending meetings
Support the successful delivery of the OEE\xe2\x80\x99s infrastructure projects, such as website, payment gateway system, CRM, marketing collateral, and campaigns. Assists in managing the relationship with external vendors and internal stakeholders
Maintain a database of client and faculty contacts. Assist with scheduling of operations of program events. Draft reports and maintain records related to program performance, reporting requirements and other internal documentation including evaluation. Collects, analyzes, and summarizes data and trends
Document internal work procedures and business prerequisites to understand workflows, identify stakeholders, and areas of risks within the department. Help to develop protocols and processes as needed. Identify opportunities for improvement
Help create an electronic repository of information related to the internal processes and procedures. Conduct a full review of intranet presence and provide feedback with a fresh perspective and outlook. Proactively update and maintain the department\'s database ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times
Advocate for the OEE with different constituents and promote synergies in outreach activities and collaborations. Represent the OEE in meetings and programs across the university (i.e. Admissions events, Career Development Center, Community Engagement, and others) and other opportunities as needed
Required Education:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a related field
Required Experience:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) and demonstrated ability to manage professional relationships across a variety of stakeholder groups
Essential office software (MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint; Google Docs/Sheets)
Able to learn new systems quickly
Proven interest in proactive problem solving, as well as in business and technology related issues
A strong passion for learning with outstanding analytical aptitude
Adaptability, as well as skills in dealing with uncertainties
Ability to adjust in a teamwork environment
Outstanding leadership capacity with professional veracity and consistency

Preferred Experience:
Knowledge of Arabic language
Knowledge of SalesForce, monday.com, Adobe Creative Suite
