We are looking for a Program manager to support the Supplier Engagement for Restricted Products (SERP) program team.
You will manage Restricted Products' supplier engagement policies and related projects, improve processes, gather requirements from business and legal stakeholders to ensure optimum risk mitigation, and coordinate operational workflow. You will help design the program roadmap for future global rollout and serve as a primary program escalation and contact point for seller enforcement and education initiatives related to prohibited products.
This role requires strong attention to detail, solid work ethic and drive, high judgment, the ability to work independently and with primary stakeholders to solve complex medium and large-scale issues, the skill to manage both with and without authority, the ability to recommend solutions to various problems, and excellent communication skills.

Key job responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of multiple medium-to-large scale projects related to Risk Management, Seller Experience, or Operations Excellence
Gather requirement from legal and business stakeholders to identify program opportunities and ensure optimum Risk mitigation
Perform analysis on large data sets to identify opportunities, quantify a known issue or support business case
Define solutions to complex problems in writing and present to senior leaders
Help define roadmap and goals for a vertical or program
Contribute to and/or deliver program documentation (e.g., narratives, XBRs)
Collaborate to build partnerships with key stakeholder groups such as operations teams, legal, business, and product compliance programs.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to propose complex solutions and explanations in writing and present to senior leaders
Experience working with multiple stakeholders including legal department or governmental agencies
Track record delivering results on cross functional projects
Excellent organizational skills with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
Ability to manage multiple projects at once and work under time pressure
Experience working on large data set and perform analysis on the same
Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
Ability to demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous situations
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and autonomously
Demonstrated skill and passion for problem solving and operational excellence
Common sense, great judgment, and a good sense of humor

Experience working with databases and SQL in a business environment.
Experience with relationship or account management.
Experience with content management.
Written and Verbal Communication in Arabic
