Oracle Health is seeking a Program Manager to support strategic projects across the Oracle Health International Business region. This role is ideal for an adaptable and highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple initiatives while ensuring smooth execution.
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage projects across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Handle ad-hoc project tasks, ensuring timely completion and seamless execution.
• Support planning and execution of events, meetings, and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and program success.
• Maintain project documentation, track progress, and communicate updates to key stakeholders.
• Be ready to work across multiple timezones

Responsibilities:
Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in program/project coordination, administration, or related roles.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent collaboration, adaptability, and resilience in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in event planning, scheduling, and stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP).
• Experience in executive communication and working with senior leadership.
• Ability to drive end-to-end project planning and execution.
