Job Description

Valiant Integrated Services is seeking a Program Manager (PM) to support USARCENT training and range operations services in Camp Buehring, Kuwait. The Program Manager is a dynamic program leader and Army training SME with broad experiences in project management, customer management, business development, business analytics, and personnel management. The role will be centered around overseeing and executing a training program for the US Army in austere OCONUS settings. The Program Manager is focused on contract delivery, managing profit and loss, and workforce development within the multiple OCONUS locations. Must display excellent skills in program health, counseling, employee relations, and must have experience developing employees within an effective team environment. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Oversee and execute all aspects of the contract for the US Army's training program OCONUS. * Act as the primary liaison between the organization, US Army, and relevant Government stakeholders. ensuring all needs are addressed and future needs can be anticipated. * Responsible for overseeing cost, schedule, and technical performance for U.S. Army training and logistics programs performed at various locations. * Applies extensive knowledge and expertise related to U.S. military training, simulation, operational, logistics and maintenance to assist military/government officials in formulating, articulating and prioritizing training/simulation requirements, needs and life cycle issues to support LVC training events. * Handle risk management and develop contingency plans. * Forecasts, obtains, and manages personnel, facilities, services, equipment, and tools to meet project and departmental requirements. * Manage timeliness, completeness, and quality of problem identification, provide corrective action plans, proposal submittals, and effective management of subcontractors. * Ensure Contract deliverables are provided in a timely and accurate manner, including Program Management Plan, Monthly Reports, Annual Reports, Transition Plans, Post Completion Report, Staffing Plan, CAP database, Transfers of Property, Master Government Property Lists, and Equipment Procurement Plans. * Manage and lead a diverse team, promoting teamwork, collaboration, continuous improvement and adaptability while always ensuring professional and ethical behavior. * Develop and implement quality control and management oversight plans to effectively manage the Valiant staff. * Ensure the timeliness of contractor staff on-boarding. * Meet company financial standards by providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions. * Fully complies with the company's safety instructions and procedures, including timely reporting of any accidents, injuries or incidents involving physical injury or illness. * Maintain and ensure compliance with the organization and US Government policies, procedures, and regulations. * Track and maintain compliance with all local regulations and governances. **Pending contract award** * Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred. * PMP or equivalent certification. * Have at least seven years of Program Management experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies * Experience in the same or similar position on a CONUS or OCONUS DOD program like in magnitude, scope and complexity (i.e., program annualized revenues of >$15M; supervision of multiple labor categories) preferred. * Experience recruiting and hiring personnel at US Army bases in OCONUS preferred. * Experience in working in austere, challenging, or remote environments. * Experience in leading and managing a diverse team in challenging settings. * Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules on large scale projects. * Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficient in using project management tools and software. * Possess a Secret level clearance. * Able to clear an FBI background check. * Accept worldwide deployments which include austere locations. * Adhere to medical/dental requirements as well as CDC recommended immunizations for worldwide deployment. * Be able to travel on short notice, work non-standard hours and take on-call duty. * Possess and maintain a valid US Passport. * Possess effective oral and written communication skills. * Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Be capable of preparing written reports, white papers, and PowerPoint presentations. * Be capable of working collaboratively with USG military and/or civilian personnel. * Certified Inter-service Resident Range Safety Course (INTERMEDIATE) (Preferred) * Prior military experience, particularly within the US Army (Preferred) Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
