Program Manager, Global Salesforce, Roll-outs & Enablements (all genders)

The Vendor Relationship Management team at Delivery Hero consists of smart and driven people from all around the world who work closely together with our entities worldwide to ensure each and every entity performs in their most efficient way. We assist the senior management and the local teams to make their operations run smoothly, roll out global tools as well as projects and make sure best practices are shared between entities.

Your mission

Manage end-to-end Salesforce implementation in the context of an acquisition or a launch, and be the owner from beginning to end of the delivery of Salesforce in the context of Global roll-outs and complex projects with high dependencies.

Represent Salesforce workstream and closely work with other systems & Central Project Managers

Build project plan and manage stakeholders on both local and Central sides.

Provide the greatest and latest features available in our set-up to support best in class local operations & consult with senior management on cross-squad or cross-department project prioritization.

Understand the local needs and adjust our blueprint processes if/when needed

Reconcile operational needs and technical capabilities, translate requirements into technical stories

Define MVP scope, write & refine user stories, manage sprints & developers work.

Monitor progress against project plan: anticipating risks, resolving issues and initiating corrective action as needed.

Drive User Acceptance Testing and sign off

Deliver user training while ensuring change management and adoption

If necessary, be responsible for data migration: from data template to mapping, clean up and testing it once loaded

Define and build success KPIs for a project with a focus on key metrics in line our strategy and company objectives

Your heroic skills

You have at least 3/4 years of practical experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM tool)

You are very detail-oriented, structured and know how to prioritize

You are able to interact with very senior level executives and to deal with multiple stakeholders

You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

You have strong project management skills & business analysis skills

You have a strong taste for technology

You have an analytical and you have a hands-on mentality

You are ambitious and hardworking

Language skills: Fluent English is mandatory. Another language is an advantage.

Experience with online delivery food or other marketplace vertical is desirable
