Position Overview
The Program Manager - ERP Cloud Transformation - Dicetek Dubai will lead a large-scale ERP cloud transformation program spanning finance, HR, procurement, and other domains. The role requires managing multiple ERP projects, overseeing vendors and system integrators, ensuring alignment with strategic outcomes, and driving enterprise-wide adoption. Core Duties

Lead end-to-end delivery of a multi-entity ERP cloud transformation program covering finance, HR, procurement, and other business areas
Manage and coordinate ERP projects, ensuring timelines and goals align at the program level
Establish governance frameworks, risk management structures, and executive dashboards for program oversight
Oversee integration, data migration, change management, and adoption workstreams
Manage vendor and system integrator performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and delivery quality
Guide business process re-engineering initiatives to align with enterprise architecture and strategic objectives
Set up and manage an ERP Center of Excellence (CoE) for training, innovation, and best practices
Engage with executive stakeholders, steering committees, and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and support
Track program financials, ROI, and resource allocation across workstreams
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, data governance policies, and public sector regulations

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or Engineering; Master's or MBA preferred
10-15 years of IT project and program management experience
At least 5 years leading ERP cloud programs (Oracle Cloud, SAP S/4HANA) across multiple entities or business units
PMP, PgMP, MSP, or Agile certifications strongly preferred
Proven track record in managing data governance, migration, and cleansing workstreams
Experience in process re-engineering, enterprise architecture, and public sector programs
Strong vendor and SI management experience, including commercial negotiations and SLA enforcement
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
