We are currently recruiting for a Program Manager to be based out of Dubai. Responsibilities:
- Conduct sprint planning sessions, scrum, retrospectives, and reviews for multiple engineering pods.
- To manage the revenue-impacting issues, align the engineering stakeholders, and publish the RCAs
- Publishing Weekly, Bi-Weekly, and Monthly Reports to the management.
- Tracking burn-down charts, sprint velocity, and engineers\' velocity.
- Tracking the projects and ensuring timely delivery of all the projects.
- Maintaining RAID logs and managing risks for all the projects.
- Share constructive feedback with the team, as and when needed.
- Over 5 years of experience handling complex technical projects as a Project/ Program Management Professional.
- Product-based start-up experience is a must.
- Should be well versed with Agile methodologies. We are looking to hire someone who can also coach the teams on Agile from time to time.
- Share constructive feedback with the team, as and when needed.
- Stakeholder Management and Communication: Should be able to communicate efficiently with all the stakeholders, including the engineering team, with leadership, and cross-functional teams.
- Should be able to coordinate well for ETAs, tracking timelines, resolving dependencies, mitigating risks, and resolving issues.
- Ability to align teams for a common goal.
- Should display high ownership and commitment towards all the projects and assignments.
- This role is aligned with Engineering, therefore someone from an engineering educational background will be preferred. Preferred qualifications- B.Tech./ BE, MCA etc.
- Preferred Certification: CSM (Certified Scrum Master)
