Job Description
Job Role: Program Lead Experience: 8 to 15 years Vacancy: 1 Location: Abu Dhabi Job details: Responsible for ensuring the operational success of the full accelerator cycle includes event management, utilizing tools/developing processes to manage program data, building, and scheduling the 3-month programming calendar, execution of Demo Day, and recruiting, hiring, training, and management of the seasonally hired Associate team. At least 8+ years in operational positions, such as running entrepreneurial innovation programs, supporting startups, developing startup ecosystems. Experience building and managing entrepreneurial programs in mature ecosystems would be preferable. Worked in programs supporting entrepreneurs. Bachelor's degree in business administration from a reputable university.
