Our Exciting Opportunity The ICT Program Director is responsible to drive large and sophisticated Professional Services engagements towards Ericssons customers. The candidate will also support the KAM with extensive technical knowledge. By managing both the CFR and sometimes CSR role, ICT Program Director is the overall responsible for the Core 3 team, especially for:

• The overall solution
• The overall cost estimation
• The delivery model (mix of on-shore, near-shore and off-shore resources)

Once the deal is won, the ICT Program Director is the head of the delivery, until the complete fulfilment of the contract, ensuring the continuity from pre-sales to delivery, actively seeking to improve top and bottom lines with due consideration to customer happiness and Ericssons business objectives since these programs often have visible impact on the Business Unit and corporate results. In wider and sophisticated projects, ICT Program Director will be the program lead for a team of ICT Managers for project sub streams.
You will

• Drive large and complex customer project engagements in UAE.
• Ensure projects are delivered on budget, on time, to an agreed scope
• Guide various programs as the Director Project Operations effectively managing contracts, projects, financials, deliverables, resources, processes, and ways of working
• Coordinate with the Core 3 team members for all included opportunities in the Program during the delivery phase, to ensure the accurate involvement of the individual ACRs, CFRs, and CSRs during delivery to secure end-to-end Accountability for the Program
• Participate and lead special projects and outstanding initiatives to support strategic priorities.
• Mentor the team, interact with them and support them in their professional growth, and identify and recognize talents.
• Prepare and accurately track project budgets.

To be successful in the role you must have

• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Business or equivalent
• Experience with complex/big sized level projects
• Formal project management accreditations (i.e. PMP) and Ericsson ICT PD certification
• Total 10 + years or more experience with 8 or more years of project management experience in high risk IT, system integration and CORE network projects
• Agile delivery experience
• Experience in enterprise model of delivery (NWAAP, Dedicated core & edge
• Extensive cloud delivery experience in cloud area, virtualization
• Experience with 5G CORE, Cloud & Automation is required
• Experience leading engagements with key customers
• Strong knowledge managing a complete project lifecycle (including management, communications, finance, human resources, integration, procurement, quality, risk, scope and time)
• Strong commercial acumen, leadership skills and problem-solving capability!
• Excellent communication skills!
• Understanding of Digital Services portfolio is a plus.
