Overview

Ensure that project execution is consistent with the commitments made and maintains a sound technical and administrative standard. Ensure the functioning and integration of the project components. Continuously monitor compliance with project policies and regulations in the field, as well as the activities of the project implementation team on the ground. Keep information related to the different components of the project up to date Support the Program Manager in solving administrative and financial problems that arise in the field of work. Assist in the preparation of reports and ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and confidentiality of the information provided. Contribute to creating a positive image and overall credibility of the organization, especially through the application of the Code of Conduct, ethics, values, and the organization's perspective with respect to internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as public health, project management, or humanities, or another related field. Knowledge of the Ecuadorian health system and regulations for the provision of health services. Significant experience managing projects in similar contexts, ideally in humanitarian response situations.
