Professional Services Resourcing Specialist

Job Description
This role is responsible for managing the allocation of resources for the delivery of professional services to clients. Key Responsibilities Resource Planning
- Develop and maintain a resource plan to ensure that the right resources are available at the right time to meet client requirements and project timelines.
- Allocate resources to projects based on their availability, skills, and experience, and ensure that resource allocation is optimized across projects.
- Monitor and forecast resource capacity to ensure that the organization has the right number of resources to meet current and future demand.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that resource allocation meets their needs and expectations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize resource utilization, improve productivity, and reduce cost.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors to ensure that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality services to clients.
- Develop and maintain reporting and analytics to track resource utilization, capacity, and other key performance indicators.
- Bachelor's degree in information Technology or any related field.
- Certified Project Management Professional (Preferred)
- Cloud Certifications (Preferred)
- SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
- Planning tools, MS Project, Jira or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge and experience across multiple technology platforms, including on premise and private cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, etc.).
