Who We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate sales experience

(off-plan or secondary market) Strong background in

closing deals

and achieving targets Excellent in

communication, client handling, and negotiations

Highly motivated, driven, and results-focused Fluent in English (Additional languages like Arabic, Russian, Urdu, Hindi, French etc. are a plus) Deep understanding of the

Dubai property market

What You'll Get:

Fixed Monthly Allowance:

AED 3,000 - AED 4,500

50% on company-provided leads 70% on self-generated leads
