Job Overview

We are seeking a

highly experienced and professional Private Chef

to work for a

royal / premium family in Dubai

. This role requires exceptional culinary expertise, strict professionalism, and the ability to manage personalized dietary and nutritional requirements at an elite standard.

relevant private or royal family experience

Key Requirements (Mandatory)

Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience

working as a

Private Chef for a royal, VIP, or premium household

Prior

private chef experience is compulsory

(hotel-only experience will not be considered) Strong expertise in:

Dietary planning

Calorie-counted and nutrition-focused meals

Customized health-based menus

Ability to independently manage and execute: Daily meal planning Special dietary requirements Long-term nutrition programs

Excellent knowledge of multi-cuisine cooking

, including but not limited to: Continental Arabic Asian Mediterranean Healthy / wellness-focused cuisine

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare high-quality meals tailored to individual dietary and health requirements Plan weekly and monthly menus with calorie and nutrition calculations Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety Source high-quality ingredients and manage kitchen inventory efficiently Adapt menus based on preferences, seasons, and special occasions Ensure confidentiality and discretion at all times
