Develops, leads, and ensures execution of professional business plans to meet current & future needs and expectations for J&J Consumer Health Division \xe2\x80\x93 Self Care, Skin Health (Neostrata, Aveeno) & Essential Health (Listerine, JBaby)
Responsibilities include development of professional (HCP) short-term tactical sales prioriities and brand management marketing plans and contributes to longer-term plans. Supports the brand manager with all professional marketing activities (resources, budget, implementation plans, business insights)
Collaborates with Professional Sales team for implementation of professional activities (F2F, congresses, KOL management, etc) as per brand plan
Devises and manages professional BME for responsible brands
Ensures brand integrity by leading efforts across multiple functions, channels and international regions to protect our brands from any attack and/or activities which may harm our patients and business partners
Responsible on HCC processes related with professional contacts and activities

ResponsibilitiesLead development of professional marketing strategy and execution o Develops innovative professional marketing programs based on brand/product strategies and implements through professional sales organization and brand team o Sets professional marketing plans (annually) in line with brand strategy and company priorities. Establishes the reach, frequency, coverage, and engagement metrics for selected brand and target audiences o Collaborates with Brand Manager to provide 360 holistic brand marketing mix. Implements tactical plan by providing appropriate promotional materials and medical content for effective communication of brand benefits, attributes, and benefit for health care professional o Optimizes BME spend across all elements of the marketing mix and uses appropriate channels of communication (congresses, seminars, advisory board, digital HCP etc) o Develops new concepts and communication / medical claims for new opportunities o Build strong partnership with Professional Sales organization and distributor professional sales teams o Build strong partnership with Regional / Local Medical Affairs team in order to leverage clinical studies and scientific information o Ensures completion of market analysis and monitors competitive activity o Compliance: Ensure systems are in place to ensure compliance with Regulatory Authority and corporate requirements and HCC requirements. Lead professional marketing communication through omni-channel approach i.Digital Infrastructure \xe2\x80\x93 cooperation with IT o Owns Professional marketing Digital Infrastructure (Digital Hub , CRM platform \xe2\x80\x93SFA Tool) o Support markets on digital infrastructure set up and evolution o Lift & shift HCP Journeys/CRM Strategies cross-geo o Coordinate with medical / digital agency to set brand objectives, KPIs, and metrics for digital hub o Responsible for digital hub roadmap for brand introduction and lifecycle ii.KPIs, metrics and reporting \xe2\x80\x93 cooperation with consumer business insights & CD o Ensure Professional Marketing KPIs are part of local market\xe2\x80\x99s operating plan o Lead Professional marketing KPIs setting at market level and consolidation at regional level o Establish measurements and reporting approach (targeting, coverage, frequency, accuracy, digital reach and engagement) o Lead learning plan development in an agile and cost-efficient way o Lead Business panorama dashboard development iii.Develop HCP communication strategy and supporting development of impactful collaterals through: o Managing relationships with medical agencies and investment levels o HCP collaterals i.e. e-detailer, HCP leave behind, dropcards , etc o HCP digital collaterals i.e. e-modules, banners, smartads, emailers, campaigns o Expert Speaker programs o Training materials for internal & external customers iv.Work with Regulatory & Medical Affairs for approval of HCP communication materials. To establish and build on relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) both within and outside the company. o Builds strong network with key opinion leaders, associations, and societies and monitors industry developments impacting business. o Build a regional KOL database / engagement plans to leverage across MENAP region and marketing activities. o Works with these KOLs for speaker programs, digital content, PR activities, and advisory boards. Professional Marketing Intelligence o Partner with govt affairs to lobby medical/professional associations and Professional bodies to positively influence the environment in order to give J&J competitive advantage with its products o Identification of potential changes market trends which impact J&J o Support brand team with market research activities involving HCPs Training o Coordinate the preparation of training materials for reps, as required, in accordance with SOPs and European processes o Provide training to Sales Representatives, Distributors and Pharmacy teams as required o Drive innovation with use of DSF in field sales teams
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, or closely related specialty. Post-graduate education or equivalent experience in health care markets is desirable.
MBA from a reputable school would be preferred
10 years mix of Consumer, Pharma, &/or OTC experience
Experience from a multi-national or regional company in preferably FMCG
MUST HAVE \xc3\xa0 Experience in medical detailing / professional communication, with specific experience of the MENAP market place an advantage.
MUST HAVE \xc3\xa0Digital experience in developing and implementing campaigns
Must have agency management experience
