About the Role
We are urgently hiring a
Performance Marketer / Digital Marketing Expert
with proven expertise in running and scaling paid campaigns, generating quality leads, and managing large budgets. The ideal candidate has a strong
agency background
, is results-driven, and experienced in
paid advertising, SEO, and CPL optimization
across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other platforms.
Drive high-quality lead generation while maintaining low CPL.
Manage targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing for campaign improvements.
Allocate, forecast, and manage sizable marketing budgets with ROI accountability.
Select and test creatives (image/video) for maximum performance.
Work with lead forms (Facebook, LinkedIn) and coordinate lead follow-ups.
Track and optimize campaigns using tools like Google Analytics & Ads Manager.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Contribute to landing page/content optimization when needed.
SEO knowledge is an added advantage.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
3-4 years of international experience, preferably in a
digital marketing agency
.
Strong expertise in
Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
.
Proven success in lead generation, CPL reduction, and ROI optimization.
Hands-on experience with conversion tracking and lead gen forms.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with adaptability for underperforming campaigns.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Based in Qatar -
