Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Manage targeting, creatives, and budget allocation across ad sets
Monitor key performance metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS) and generate reports
Work closely with design and content teams to craft high-converting ad creatives
Stay up-to-date with Meta policies, especially around financial/crypto content
Identify growth opportunities and implement A/B testing strategies
Collaborate with product and strategy teams to align campaign goals
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising
Experience working in
crypto, fintech, gaming
, or high-risk ad categories (must)
Strong understanding of ad targeting, remarketing, and pixel tracking
Data-driven with proficiency in performance analytics and ad reporting
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and event tracking
Good communication and copywriting sense for ad creatives
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Good to Have:
Knowledge of Google Ads, influencer marketing, or affiliate campaigns
Understanding of regulatory guidelines in crypto or fintech ads
Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
