Minimum 5 years of experience in barbering

Ability to recommend hairstyles based on face shape and hair type
Knowledge of hair and beard care products
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver precise cuts
Well-groomed, professional, and friendly personality
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-end environment
UAE residency or valid work permit is required
Open to learning new techniques and staying updated with trends
Ability to upsell services and products to enhance client experience
