Key Responsibilities !!

Perform a comprehensive range of barbering services with artistic precision, including: Expert haircuts (modern, classic, fades, trims, layers, etc.) Professional beard trims and styling Traditional hot towel shaves Hair washing, conditioning, and scalp massages Hair styling and product recommendations Facial grooming (e.g., eyebrow trimming) Consult with clients to understand their desires, provide professional recommendations, and ensure their vision is brought to life. Maintain an immaculate workstation and ensure all tools and equipment are sterilized and meticulously clean. Manage appointments efficiently and ensure timely service delivery without compromising quality. Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business through exceptional service and a friendly demeanor. Stay updated with the latest barbering trends, techniques, and product knowledge. Actively contribute to a positive and professional salon environment, supporting team members and upholding salon standards. Demonstrate a deep understanding of hair types, facial structures, and styling techniques to provide tailored recommendations.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a professional barber, specifically servicing a demanding and diverse clientele. Client Focus: Proven ability to listen attentively to client needs, provide expert advice, and consistently exceed expectations. Technical Mastery: Proficient in all modern and classic barbering techniques, including various fades, intricate designs, and precise razor work. Professionalism: Punctual, reliable, with excellent personal grooming and communication skills. Team Player: Able to work collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced, high-end salon environment. Communication: Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus) to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.
