Supervisor

to oversee the operations of our Uniforms Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing garment manufacturing activities, ensuring production targets are achieved, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and monitor all garment production activities. Oversee day-to-day workshop operations and manage staff effectively. Assist in planning, designing, and introducing new products. Manage quality control and ensure compliance with brand standards. Source and order fabrics and materials; coordinate with suppliers. Provide feedback to tailors to enhance quality and efficiency. Monitor production progress, prepare daily reports, and ensure timely completion of orders. Train, motivate, and develop production staff to maximize performance. Ensure outbound delivery schedules are met; promptly address any delays or issues. Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment. Resolve staff concerns through proactive problem-solving.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar industry. Valid UAE driving license with own car. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
