One of the most Prominent Trading & Contracting CO in Qatar specialized in Woods is seeking a driven and experienced *Production or workshop Manager* to oversee daily operations in the Woods manufacturing unit . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and team leadership, with exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities: Develop and implement production strategies to meet the requirements. Ensure all production goals and targets are met, with adherence to quality standards. Oversee production schedules to optimize workflow and minimize downtime. Plan and implement cost-effective production methods and reduce waste. Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure material delivery complies with production needs. Monitor production costs and expenses to ensure profitability. Manage and lead production teams, promote a positive work environment, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Requirements

Experienced in the manufacturing industry in a similar role. Relevant Qualification . Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, project management, and quality control principles. Demonstrated experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing methodologies to improve production processes and productivity. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and critical deadlines. Familiarity with MDF, clipboard, Melamine. Technical knowledge, Panel saw or beam saw, edge banding, CNC router, hot pressing, HPL and so on.
