Joinery Workshop Manager - Bahrain - Middle East Up to 75,000 Tax Free Up to 30,000 BD to 32,500 BD per annum plus 13th month payment, 1 or 2 bed serviced apartment, relocation package, married status, fully expensed vehicle, generous leave entitlement Our client is a specialist joinery manufacturer to the construction industry. They design and fabricate a range of purpose made products to include doors, cabinetry and furniture for high end interiors. They are a long-established business and operate out of modern, well-equipped facilities, covering over 4000m2 and a multiskilled workforce of over 50 bench joiners/craftsmen. The requirement is for a seasoned Workshop Manager with extensive experience of managing a well-oiled production facility in the UK, Americas or Middle East. Previous joinery experience to include the use or supervision of specialist machinery such as a 5 axis CNC routers, bandsaws, planers and spindle moulders is essential. The successful candidate must enjoy a challenge and be capable of managing and organising the work in a multi-cultural environment. This will involve imposing modern workshop procedures, health and safety, as well as organising on-going staff training and development in order to improve the skills within the workplace.
