You'll work alongside a team to prepare, portion, and pack products that reach our customers daily as our Central Kitchen is the heart of our operations, ensuring consistent taste, freshness, and excellence across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and products according to recipes and production schedules
Maintain hygiene and food-safety standards at every stage of production
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Assist with inventory checks, receiving goods, and proper storage
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and timelines
Keep work areas clean and organized at all times
Qualifications & Requirements
Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or food production environment is a plus
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP/ISO certifications advantageous)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Flexibility with shifts, including early mornings, weekends, or holidays as required
Physically fit to handle standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks
Must be available to join
