Production Supervisor
Job Description
The Production Supervisor oversees daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met efficiently. They manage and coordinate the production team, monitor workflow, and implement process improvements to optimize productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate activities of production staff to meet production goals.
Monitor production processes and ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.
Schedule work shifts and assign tasks to team members.
Train and mentor new and existing employees on production techniques and safety procedures.
Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain production reports and documentation.
Collaborate with other departments such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Graduate degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in production or manufacturing supervision.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
